Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.
Guests who fail to check-in without prior notice (no-show) will be charged the full amount of their reservation and will not be eligible for a refund.
Early departure from your reservation will not result in a refund for unused nights unless approved by hotel management due to extenuating circumstances.
In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with guests to reschedule their stay or provide appropriate refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Group bookings (10+ rooms) may have different cancellation terms. Please refer to your group booking contract for specific cancellation and refund policies.
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in.
